An important part of the motor manufacturing process is ensuring that the stator meats the desired specifications prior to motor assembly.
The two key values to measure are the phase-to-phase resistance and inductance. Using ECM’s PCB stator electronic measuring machine, the user is able to verify and record the resistance and inductance readings of any stator. Fully designed with automation in mind this machine can be equipped with a co-bot for fully automated QA and data collection. All ECM automation equipment can be integrated with a centralized supervisory dashboard for real-time system status and process monitoring.
